elbow, not arm)
TRICEPS STRETCH (hand
behind head, grab elbow above head)
CHEST STRETCH (arm and
hand on wall, turn away)
ARMPIT PRESS DOWN (head
goes between arms)
FRONT LEG STRETCH (grab
ankle and pull up to bum)
BUTT STRETCH (lean back
on wall and pull knee to chest)
CALF STRETCH (back foot
flat, toes pointed at wall, leg straight)
HURDLE STRETCH (one foot
forward, lean BOTH shoulders toward foot)
LEG BUTTERFLY (feet
together, press knees down with elbows)
PRETZEL STRETCH (foot on
outside of knee, opposite elbow on knee, push and turn. See picture)
